We've got the room with a view to the city and mountains behind it. Basic room but very cosy. The city can be cleaner, but thats the way Spanish live. The hotel located in very quiet place. It is very good place to travel around if you have a car.

The location was perfect for us and it was lovely to sit outside relaxing with a nice glass of wine and watching the bus parties arrive to grab a coffee and look around the shop. The bar staff were charming and in the evening we were the only customers for dinner but had an amazing meal with fantastic service. Meal (steak) was the best we have ever had.
We found it extremely hot and stuffy throughout the night. Perhaps it was an oversight on our part that we never noticed there was no remote for the air-con. However, we opened the windows/patio doors and all was well again.

The hotel was conveniently located, making it easy to access the main road. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.
This made it uncomfortable to sleep, even with extra layers of clothing. there were limited services available, and the hotel seemed to be understaffed.

The hotel reception manager was very helpful and polite. We did not see any other staff. On departure we left some valuable possessions behind and did not realize they were missing until later in the day. We rang the hotel and were relieved to be told the possessions had been found and were available for collection which we did the following day. We would like to thank the staff.
The rooms were very basic and pretty tatty. The furniture and curtains were very old and of poor quality. The wardroom door had a hole in it. The room need a modern refurb.

We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and were thoroughly impressed with our experience. The location of this place is strategic, as it is conveniently located just 40 minutes away from Granada and 1 hour and 15 minutes from Malaga airport. The hotel offers ample parking, which was great for us as we had a car. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed the stunning view from the terrace, which was a perfect spot to unwind and relax. The hotel also provided all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV, making our stay even more comfortable.
We would highly recommend this hotel to all.
